Miami teen accused of beating a school employee

MIAMI — An 18-year-old student at Miami Carol City Senior High School was arrested Wednesday after allegedly shoving a school security official trying to break up a fight in the school cafeteria.

According to the police report, a fight broke out among students during lunch and that is police say Mitchel McField pushed away a school security official, who was trying to keep him from going back into the cafeteria.

Police say McField did it twice with force.

He was arrested and charged.
