Guzman was Lobo's ex-girlfriend's daughter.

Authorities told the paper, Lobo was mad over the couple's breakup so he broke into his ex-girlfriend's  Little Havana home back in June.

Guzman was home at the time which is when police said Lobo stabbed her to death and then tried to make it look  like she killed herself.

According to City of Miami Police, a neighbor's surveillance video showed Ruiz entering Guzman's apartment at approximately 10:28 A.M. on June 22nd, the day of the murder, and leaving the apartment at approximately 11:00 A.M.

Lobo is scheduled to be in court on Thursday.
