Miami Invited To Bid On 2020, 2019 Super Bowls

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Miami has been formally invited to bid for the upcoming Super Bowls in 2019 and 2020.

Those in the race for the spot include New Orleans, Atlanta and Tampa.

All four cities' bids will go before the owners for a vote in May 2016.

Sun Life Stadium is in the middle of a privately funded renovation meant to draw future super bowls.
