Miami Heat Release Home Preseason Schedule For 2016-17 Season

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Heat's playoff run may have ended just weeks ago but the team is already looking ahead to next season.

On Wednesday the Heat announced their 2016-17 home preseason schedule.

The first preseason game at the AmericanAirlines Arena will take place on October 11th against the Brooklyn Nets.

The following week on October 18th Miami will welcome cross-state rival Orlando and then on October 21st the Heat will battle the Philadelphia 76ers.

Preseason tickets will go on sale Thursday at 12 p.m.

All three games at the AmericanAirlines Arena will begin at 7:30 p.m.
