Miami-Dade Homeless Trust chair sees Mayor-elect Higgins as strong ally | Facing South Florida

He explains how the agency is working to reduce the number of unsheltered homeless people in the area, and why he is hopeful that incoming Miami mayor Eileen Higgins will be a strong ally for the city's homeless population.
