Flash Flood Watch In Effect For Miami-Dade, Broward

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for all of South Florida until 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Between four and 11 inches of rain have fallen from Tropical Storm Eta.
