City officials said five employees of "The Office" were arrested in connection felonious activity at the club, including the sale of narcotics, possession of firearms and the solicitation of prostitution on the premises.

City officials said the investigation also revealed multiple dancers at the club were fully nude which is a violation of the club's business.

City Manager Jimmy L. Morales said the move to revoke the business license of the club was because the circumstance became an "emergency situation" after at least one person was shot and injured on August 31st.

"It is clear that this establishment has become a haven for violent felons, drug dealing and illegal sexual activity," said Morales. "This kind of institution does not belong in any city and needed to be shut down."

Morales added it was considered an "emergency situation" since it involved serious danger to the public health, safety and welfare.
