MIAMI (CBSMiami) — A man and woman have been charged in a deadly shooing over the weekend in Hialeah.

Jacqueline Cabeza, 26, and Noarian Pino, 33, had recently broken up and continued to argue over property which Cabeza said was owed to her.

Saturday night, around 7:15 p.m., Cabeza showed up at Pino's home, near the rear area of the Rainbow Motel on 2801 W Okeechobee Road, with 42-year old Junior Garcia Barquin, according to her arrest report.

A witness, who knew Cabeza and Pino, said when saw her and the other man walking towards Pino's place he told her not to fight. He said Barquin raised his shirt to show a revolver and told him in Spanish, "I'm not going to fight him, I'm going to kill him" as Cabeza walked into Pino's home, according to police.

There was a confrontation and Barquin reportedly shot and killed Pino.

Both Barquin and Cabeza then left but were taken into custody the following day. Both are facing 2nd degree Murder charges. Cabeza was charged equally due to her direct involvement.
