Man With HIV Accused Of Sexual Assault

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) -- A man faced a judge Thursday, charged with sexually assaulting a woman while infected with HIV.

Authorities arrested Gary Burke, 52, on Wednesday after he allegedly sexually assaulted a stranger.

He is facing a slew of charges including an HIV infected person having sex with a non-consenting adult, battery and sexual assault with a weapon.

His bond is set at $165, 000.
