HOLLYWOOD (CBSMiami) – A shooting took place late Saturday night at the Oakwood Plaza shopping center in Hollywood

According to police, one adult male has died as a result of the shooting.

A child suffered non-life threatening injuries and was treated before being released, police say.

Detectives are currently investigating the shooting.
