Man On Ledge At Jackson Memorial Hospital

MIAMI (CBSMiami)-- As a man swings his legs off the ledge of the Jackson Memorial Hospital parking garage, crews below and above worked to get him off it and back to safety.

Miami Fire officials and police are working at the scene of a "jumper."

The man is on the ledge the 6th floor of the parking garage located at  NW 18th street and 9th ave.

Meantime, the entrance to the ER and Trauma section will remain open for emergency vehicles only.
