CAPE CORAL, Fla. (CBSMiami/AP) — A  car slammed into a 22-year old man riding a scooter, dragging him 200-feet and killed him, according to authorities.

Lee County Sheriff's officials say Caleb Black was speeding when he rear ended Marc Jacques' scooter Friday night. Jacques later died at the hospital.
