MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A man wanted for shooting a Miami mother of six in front of her kids has been arrested.

Terrell Robinson, 30, is facing an attempted first degreee murder charge.

Robinson apparently waited outside the apartment at 450 NW 73rd Terrace and began shooting when Shaqueenia Hanna drove up. Hanna was shot 13 times.

Family members say jealousy is to blame.

The shooting was witnessed by four of the six children, including daughter Ronnisha.

"I seen him shoot. That my mama. I wanted to run outside. I was just crawling to her and crying," the youngster said.

Three of the children who were living with Robinson have been placed temporarily with their mother Kanetra Gilmore.  A fourth child who was living with Robinson has been placed with another family member. Friends say that Robinson was the father of Hanna's youngest child.

Robinson has a criminal history, including charges for beating Hanna when she was pregnant. Relatives said he had sent texts threatening to kill her.
