PALM BEACH (CBSMiami/AP) — A Palm Beach Gardens man is accused of murder after his wife's body was found in their burning apartment.

David Arthur, 50, was arrested Tuesday.

Police say an investigation showed that his wife, 57-year-old Kathleen Dunleavy, had been beaten and that the fire was set in the back of the residence in an attempt to hide the crime.

Arthur faces first-degree arson and first-degree murder charges.
