Man Arrested After Being Caught Watching A Woman Shower

PARKLAND (CBSMiami) – A man has been arrested after he was found looking in a window at a woman showering at her home.

Sean Francis Tucker, 22, has been charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling, voyeurism and loitering or prowling.

The incident took place on Monday, November 30th at a private residence in Parkland.

According to the arrest report, Tucker entered the curtilage of the residence and proceeded behind a small hedge to climb on top of a water purifier that was adjacent to the master bathroom window.

From there he viewed the victim, Barbara Zaukas, while she was in the shower.

Andrew Zaukas, the husband of the victim, caught Tucker in the act and confronted him at the window.

Soon after, authorities arrived and arrested Tucker, who left the residence on foot but remained in the area.

The police report also states that Tucker did perpetrate the same incident against the victim in January of 2015 but prosecution was not sought.
