Lauderdale Lakes Walmart Evacuated Over Haz Mat Situation

FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - A Walmart in Lauderdale Lakes was evacuated over a hazardous material situation.

Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue said a HazMat team was called in to search the store 3001 North State Road 7 for any possible contaminants.

Six people were taken to the Florida Medical Center after complaining of respiratory distress, five were sales associates, the sixth was a customer.
