Latest Quinnipiac Poll Puts Clinton First In Swing States

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Hillary Clinton, according to the new Quinnipiac Poll, is the favorite in the critical swing states of Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is over 50 percent in each state, the Quinnipiac University Poll finds.

In Florida, for the Republicans, Jeb Bush leads with 20-percent, followed by Marco Rubio with 18 percent, according to the poll released Thursday.

In Ohio, current Governor John Kasich leads the GOP pack with 19 percent followed by Jeb Bush with 9 percent.

In Pennsylvania, Rubio has 12 percent followed by Senator Rand Paul with 11 percent followed by Jeb Bush and Ben Carson with 10 percent.

The poll was conducted over the phone, surveying people from June 4 through June 15.
