MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A former inmate who served as a key witness in the Rilya Wilson child murder trial two years ago, appeared in court Friday.

Robin Lunceford had been released for her cooperation, but now she's locked up again facing charges she violated her probation when she fled to another state without notifying her probation officer.

Prosecutors also say she picked up additional charges in Virginia, including grand theft and exploitation of the elderly.

Lunceford's defense attorney said she was in fear for her life when she fled to Tennessee, where agents ultimately found her.

A judge is expected to rule later this month.
