3 injured in fiery Miami-Dade crash, officials say

A fiery crash reported early Tuesday morning in Southwest Miami-Dade injured three teenagers, according to the sheriff's office.

Few details have been released, but the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office said that they responded to reports of the crash around 3:45 a.m.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said the crash was reported in the area of SW 142nd Avenue and SW 68th Street in Kendale Lakes.

The sheriff's office said that when deputies arrived, they found a vehicle had crashed into a wall and then caught fire.

No one was inside the vehicle at the time of the fire, and emergency crews were able to extinguish the flames.

According to the sheriff's office, three teenagers between the ages of 15-17 were all taken to a local hospital for treatment.

No other information was released.
