Kelly: Miami Dolphins Depth 'Not Very Good'

The Miami Dolphins' starters have looked strong in the first two preseason games, but should they be worried about the depth behind them?

"You have a good starting unit," the Sun Sentinel's Omar Kelly said on the Joe Rose Show. "They are front-loaded, which is what you can really expect when you put so much money into starters -- Ndamukong Suh and Ryan Tannehill and Mike Pouncey, Reshard Jones making good money -- but then when you pay that much to a lot of your frontline players, you get really thin. I was concerned about it from the very beginning and I'm probably a little bit more concerned now than I was before the preseason began. Your depth is not very good on your team. You don't have a respectable backup offensive lineman. You don't have some respectable backup linebackers. The depth that you had at safety you just loss when Louis Delmas went down.

"And your cornerback position -- right now Jamar Taylor and Bobby McCain are hurt -- I'm not sure they're gonna have enough cornerbacks to finish the preseason if both of those guys don't come back and play."
