Jury Selection In Loud Music Re-trial

JACKSONVILLE (CBSMiami) - Jury selection is scheduled to get underway Monday in the re-trial of a man accused of killing a teen during a 2012 dispute over loud music.

Michael Dunn, 47, faces a murder charge in the shooting death of 17-year old Jordan Davis.

Prosecutors say Davis died after Dunn fired into the SUV where the teen was sitting outside a Jacksonville convenience store.

In a trial earlier this year, jurors found Dunn guilty on three counts of attempted murder, but they deadlocked on first-degree murder charges.

He's yet to be sentenced on the earlier conviction.
