Is Aaron Rodgers' Mind On The Game Or Matrimony?

By Danny Cox

The Green Bay Packers have a lot of weapons, and sometimes, it's great to have a few surprises. Carson Palmer and the Arizona Cardinals already know a lot of them and some may think that puts the Pack at a disadvantage, but that isn't exactly true. Sometimes, it's just far too difficult to stop too many.

Meanwhile. Aaron Rodgers has been the subject of a lot of rumors lately and it has led many to believe that his mind isn't necessarily on the task at hand. Well, the record has now been set straight and it proves that during the football season, Rodgers is all business, all the time.

The more pass rushers, the better for Green Bay

Carson Palmer is a strong quarterback and a very smart one as well. The signal-caller for the Arizona Cardinals is a veteran who knows how to get out of just about any situation, but he is certainly worried about facing off with the Green Bay Packers and their pass rush this weekend.

"I was counting on film, I think [they have] seven guys who can rush the passer," said Palmer. "Really, really physical group. There's not a small quick, fast guy there. They're all big. They all run well. They're all really strong at the point of attack. They can set the edge.

"They all have different pass moves to win in one-on-one games in the outside. They do a good job with games inside -- twists, stunts, and all the different things you get, especially when Clay [Matthews] is involved. It's just a very, very solid group with no weaknesses."

Matthews is just one concern that Palmer needs to worry about. Nick Perry, Mike Daniels, Mike Neal, and Julius Peppers are a handful of others who have contributed to the Packers 43 sacks this season.

So...is Aaron Rodgers even focused on the game with the Cardinals?

Reports have surfaced in the last week that Aaron Rodgers and girlfriend Olivia Munn were no longer just dating, but were not engaged to be married. Those reports seemed simple enough, but numerous football fans were kind of confused as to the timing of it since it is the middle of the NFL playoffs.

Well, Munn hopped on Instagram to set the record straight and let everyone know the truth. She posted an image of a text conversation with her mother where she admitted that she is indeed not engaged to Rodgers. Yes, they're still together, but no, they are not engaged.

With Rodgers in the playoffs and Munn doing press for an upcoming movie, it did seem odd timing for the two to get engaged. Now it may put the thought into both of their minds once things slow down.
