Investigators Look Into Double Shooting In Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A shooting in Broward County has left two people hospitalized.

The incident took place late Saturday night.

Broward County Sherriff's officers are investigating the scene, which is in the parking lot of a Church's Chicken fast food restaurant.

The victims were transported to Broward General Hospital.

Detectives are actively searching for the shooter and trying to find out what led to the incident.

A silver four-door sedan at the scene was involved in the shooting, according to police.
