Horne is a solid football talent who has the size, arm strength and leadership qualities you look for in a starting quarterback. Opposing coaches and players have to gameplan for him – because he is more than 60 percent of the Pioneers' offense. While he was a surprise at the start of the year, South Florida's statistical passing leader through the first six weeks of the season is certainly no longer a surprise. He will start to pick up plenty of college attention.
