SCOUTING: The first time we had the chance to watch this tremendous talent was over a year ago, during the offseason of 2015. It was evident then, as a youngster, still maturing and learning, that he would be special. As he started his junior season, Livingstone was one of those offensive threats that this coaching staff talked about when adding balance. His ability to get open and make catches in traffic was indeed a selling point as colleges have already watched this standout do his thing. With two seasons left and a program that is certainly on the way back toward the top, this is a football talent who will get plenty of looks. Livingstone has good hands, runs sound pass patterns and has that burst to get himself open in the secondary. Many are excited about his future - and that future has started now.
