From the time arrived at the school, there was no doubting how impressive he was. Lugo is easily one of the top five playmakers at the position in South Florida. Ask any player or coach and all will tell you how good this quality talent is. Even though he committed early on to Akron, colleges continue to watch his progress, as he still is among the top tacklers in the region - and brings so much to the football field. As the Chiefs roll along with one of the best defenses around, check this young man out - because he is truly at the center of success that head coach Aubrey Hill and his team have had so far.
