Projected as a safety at the next level, this former quarterback and basketball standout has really made a lasting impression as the high-level offers are starting pour in. Hall is indeed a talent that will end up in the secondary and really make a huge impact. Watching him as a football player the past two years, you always knew that when he played a position that was more suited for him, things would fall into place, and they have. Hall is a big-time player with a lot of promise.
