Iconic Miami Beach Hotel Goes Pink For A Cause

MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) -- An iconic hotel in Miami Beach turned pink to promote a cause.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach's Chateau building was illuminated pink Thursday night.
The move is meant to bring awareness to the battle against breast cancer and honor those who have gone through it during October, considered National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
During the lighting ceremony, four local breast cancer survivors were also honored.
For those who did not spot the lit building, starting at dusk for the rest of the month, the building will be illuminated pink until 10 p.m.
