Firm Recalls Hummus & Dip Sold At Target & Trader Joe's

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A food manufacturer is recalling thousands of pounds of hummus and dip products sold at Target and Trader Joe's stores.

Lansal, Inc., also known as Hot Mama's Foods, says they are voluntarily recalling more than 14 thousand pounds of the products due to concern about possible Listeria contamination.

Health individuals may suffer only short-term systems like high fever, severe headaches, stiffness, nausea, and diarrhea.

Listeria infections may cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women, according to the FDA.
