Homestead Streets Closed Due To Flooding

HOMESTEAD (CBSMiami) -- The City of Homestead Police Department wants to notify the community that due to the weather conditions and flooding, the following streets will be closed:

• SE 8 St, from SE 12 Ave east to SE 18 Ave
• Hummingbird Drive, from SE 8 St to Egret Rd. (Community of the Villages of Homestead)
• SE 8 St and Audubon Drive (exit from Villages of Homestead)
• SE 8 St and 14 Ave (exit from Tenessee Estates subdivision)

Officers will also be posted at some of the above intersections to ensure the public's safety.
