14-Year-Old In Extremely Critical Condition After Accidental Shooting In Homestead

HOMESTEAD (CBSMiami) – The Homestead Police Department is investigating an accidental shooting involving a juvenile.
Homestead PD said it all unfolded at an apartment in the 800 block of SW 320 Street just after 11:20 a.m. Sunday.
According to the preliminary investigation, multiple other children were in the home at the time gun went off.
The injured teen was airlifted to Kendall Regional in extremely critical condition.
While the teen's family members, who did not want to speak on camera, said he's doing a lot better.
