MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP) — A member of one of South Florida's most violent gangs, who was arrested last year in a round up that included nearly two dozen of his fellow gang members, has entered a plea.

Last week Latin King member Sean Buendia, 33, opted not to go to trial and pleaded guilty to robbery. He faces sentencing in April.

The rest of the Latin Kings have pleaded guilty to racketeering, weapons and drug charges over the past few months. Prosecutors say they primarily operated in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward counties.

The top-ranking gang member caught in the roundup was 36-year-old Christopher Isabel, who faces 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to racketeering. Prosecutors say he is the second-ranking Latin King leader in Florida.

Another gang leader, 31-year old Juan Alvarez, was sentenced to 15 years.
