PORT ORANGE (CBSMiami/AP) – Some students at a central Florida high school got sick after they ate brownies laced with hash oil, according to authorities.

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office said Monday that four students at Spruce Creek High School were taken to a hospital and several others went home after eating the brownies.

The brownies tested positive for THC, the principal ingredient in cannabis.

Sheriff's officials say the student who brought the laced brownies to school was being questioned.
