Two found dead in Hialeah apartment complex; shooter among the deceased, police say

Deadly double shooting in Hialeah tied to domestic dispute

Police say two adults were found dead Thursday afternoon at the Lago Grande apartment complex on the 2500 block of West 67th Place in Hialeah.

Authorities said they received a call around 2 p.m. from a family member. When officers arrived, they discovered a man and a woman dead — one believed to be between 30 and 40 years old and the other in their 60s. Another victim was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition.

Investigators believe the case was domestic in nature and confirmed the suspected shooter is among the deceased.

Neighbors described the community as normally quiet and expressed shock.

"Normally this is super quiet," one neighbor said. "So sad for them. I can't even imagine living there."

No further details were immediately available.
