MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It's the season of giving—how about helping out the furry friends' in-need of care at the wildlife hospital?

The animals being cared for at the Sawgrass Nature Center and Wildlife Hospital could use some extra care this holiday season.

The center, a private, non-profit organization which provides environmental education and care for injured, sick and orphaned native wild birds and animals, is hoping for donated 'gifts' to help care for the animals.
