Gridiron Grill-Off: Shula's Steak House Signature Grilled Entrée

Food takes center field during the sixth annual "John Offerdahl's Broward Health® Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival" with 25 Miami Dolphins legends paired with top chefs competing for culinary glory.

Set for Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater, this exciting food competition with special guest Adam Richman will benefit Offerdahl's Hand-Off Foundation and its mission to "Feed the Needs of Kids in Crisis." Charitable recipients include 4KIDS of South Florida, HOPE South Florida, Here's Help, Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Educational Foundation, Miami Dolphins Foundation and Taste of the NFL.

Former Miami Dolphins' coach Don Shula and his son Dave join event founder John Offerdahl to cook up Steak Maryanne, a signature grilled entrée at Shula's Steak House.
