TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami) – The battle over Gov. Rick Scott's use of a personal email rages on – this time with a California judge chiming in.

A judge has ordered Google to turn over the computer IP addresses for all correspondence to and from Scott's private Google email account since 2011.
