Fox Sports 1 NFL insider Mike Garafolo joined the Big O Show on 560 WQAM to discuss the recent moves by the Miami Dolphins and what the hiring of Adam Gase means for the team's front office.
"If Gase is successful as a coach it means that the front office is going to be viewed as successful as well. Usually a GM and head coach are tied together but it will be interesting to see how it plays out because Adam Gase is a smart guy, Adam Gase knows what he wants, Adam Gase was the coaching hire of the season.
