Gabrielle Union Wade Lashes Out at NBA Over Lack of Harden Discipline, Hypocrisy
Update [6:48 p.m. ET]: James Harden has been handed a one-game suspension. Courtesy of Gabby's push?
---
With James Harden appearing to go unpunished the day after delivering a blatant kick to the nether regions of LeBron James on national television Sunday, Gabrielle Union took to Twitter to blast the NBA over their inconsistency in disciplinary action regarding two comparable cases, with the former involving her then boyfriend (now husband), Dwyane Wade.
Wade received a one-game suspension back in 2012 for a similar play against the Bobcats, when his leg inadvertently swung up into Ramon Session's groin area.
Union made it clear she feels the Wade ruling set a precedent and Harden's act was even more egregious, alluding to the league not taking action because the Rockets have a matchup with the Eastern Conference-leading Hawks on Tuesday.
This is the second time this year a Miami sports wife publicly criticized her husband's organization, with Miko Grimes' Twitter assault against the NFL taking place late January.
? If the NBA doesn't suspend Harden a game lk @DwyaneWade will he get $ bk since they pullin a Goddell & administering punishment unevenly?

If that's the case cuz it would suck not to have Harden vs the Hawks... D would happily take the hypocrisy in cash please

It's not about Bron vs Beverly. NBA set a precedent of discipline 4 an even less obvs infraction in an untelevised game so #whattheygonnado

I personally wanna see Harden play against the Hawks, like most ppl. But w/out Harden, ratings for that game go down soooo #whattheygonnado

PS doesn't take a man or rocket scientist 2 pt out the obvs... cuz ya know my UCLA education kicks n sometimes & I formulate my own thoughts

After receiving some unpleasant tweets back, Union took a more rigid stance.
To all the thumb thugs, either unfollow or meet me behind the 7-11. I'll be the one takin off my earrings & applyin vaseline
