FSU Teaches Veterans Business Skills

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (CBSMiami/AP) —  Florida State University is helping military veterans with disabilities learn entrepreneurship skills.

Twenty-four military veterans, including five from Florida, are undergoing an "entrepreneurship boot camp."

All of the veterans have suffered disabilities during their time with the military. The eight-day period of workshops and sessions aim to teach how to start a business or improve an existing one.

The program has run for seven years and consists of entrepreneurship training and small business management. The session is free and runs through Tuesday.
