Scott: More Than A Million Floridians Without Power

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) -- More than a million Floridians are still without power as Hurricane Matthew slams the state's northeast coast.

At 9 p.m., Florida Power & Light reported more than 16,660 customers were still without power in Palm Beach.

All power had been restored to residents in Miami-Dade and Broward.

Volusia and Brevard counties were hit the hardest with a combined 328,895 residents still in the dark between them.
