Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Closed Due To Tropical Storm Wind Conditions

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - On Monday evening, airport officials said they would be reevaluating the closure of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on Tuesday.

The Broward airport remained closed on Monday, due to expected tropical storm wind conditions, officials said.

FLL officials said passengers should check with their airlines to find out their flight status.

Officials also announced access to the airport's parking garages will not be allowed before 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Miami International Airport remains open, but it warns there could be flight cancellations and delays.
