Focus on South Florida: MS Awareness

Multiple sclerosis, or MS, is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Its cause is unknown. As part of Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month, we're taking a closer look at the disease, which affects more than 2 million people worldwide. Locally, the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation has launched its "Orange Campaign". We reveal how taking a selfie can benefit thousands of people.
