There are record numbers of parents pulling their children out of traditional educational institutions both public and private. It's less about money, and more about quality.

The Broward County School Board is experiencing a huge influx of letters of intent to homeschool and letters of termination at the local public school. Home schooling is just another option for the child and student.

Statistics also show that students who are homeschooled generally score higher than those who aren't.

It is estimated that there are about 77,000 students who are being homeschooled in the state of Florida.
