Just how many drunk drivers are still on the streets?

A Naples Daily News Investigation uncovers hundreds of cases in Florida in which suspected drunk drivers believed to be responsible for fatal crashes weren't immediately arrested. And for more than a dozen South Florida families, the justice they seek remains out of reach…just like the drivers responsible for causing so much pain.
