Dragonfly Darlings is the mother/parent component of the Russell Life Skills & Reading Foundation. Its goal is to eradicate youth illiteracy. We look at how inner city families can benefit from their resources and support. And we preview an annual event that honors and empowers the mothers and grandmothers of its young clients.
