JACKSONVILLE (CBSMiami/AP) - A company is promising to bring 5,000 job to Florida, so long as the state sets aside $20 million in incentives for the them.

Gov. Rick Scott, along with Navy Federal Credit Union, announced earlier this week that it would add the jobs and spend $350 million to expand its growing operations in the Pensacola area.

In September legislators agreed to set aside $20 million in incentives for "Project Revolution."

Besides naming Navy Federal as the beneficiary on Friday, Scott also pointed out that the company won't get the money until it creates the jobs.

Navy Federal Credit Union, the world's largest credit union, already more than 3,800 employees on its Escambia County campus.
