Fire Damages Deerfield Beach Apartment
DEERFIELD BEACH (CBSMiami) - Fire investigators were on the scene of an apartment fire in Deerfield Beach Friday night.
The fire gutted this third floor apartment at 510 NE 45 Place.
Residents in several units have been displaced and the Red Cross provided assistance to those people.
A preliminary investigation by fire officials revealed an unattended candle may have been to blame.
The investigation is ongoing.
