WEST PALM BEACH (CBSMiami) -- Federal investigators are raising maintenance concerns following a tiger attack that killed a zookeeper in West Palm Beach.

Investigators are asking questions about the tiger's enclosure.

A new inspection report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) found that there were tree limbs on the ground in the tiger enclosure. They said that could easily cause a keeper to trip.
