Feds Bust Pot Package Destined For France

TAMPA (CBSMiami) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents seized more than seven pounds of marijuana discovered in a package at the post office.

Officials said on November 11th, the CBP noticed a "marijuana-like substance surrounded by clear plastic and a yellow substance that appeared to be mustard."

In a joint task force effort, the agency then coordinated with French authorities to conduct a controlled delivery in Paris.

A criminal arrest was made of one individual and police have also begun looking for a second.
